Wine Ojalesh Salkhino is the harvest of 2021. The harvest took place on November 22, when the sugar content reached 24. It was made by the classical method in a stainless tank, the wine was fermented for 16 days at a temperature of 21 degrees through wild natural yeast, after planting, it was removed from the lees several times, filtered. Passed through a coarse 4 micron paper filter, no additives are used in the wine. The following aromas can be seen in this wine: wild fruits, raspberries, gooseberries, currants, black plums, blackberries. It has very balanced flavors, rounded tones.
