The traditional drink "Ilias Chacha" with a centuries-old history is made from grapes of the Chinese variety harvested in the vineyards of Tsolikauri, Chkhaveri and Ilia Chavchavadze. Chacha is aged in an oak barrel for 3 months. It has a golden color. It is characterized by a balanced long taste, which is divided by the aroma of fruits.
